Right-hander Adam Ottavino has been mostly immune from the Rockies` bullpen woes this season. But one pitch that barely missed in a rough inning landed him in the loss column. With two out in the eighth, Ottavino`s bases-loaded, full-count breaking ball to Gorkys Hernandez just missed and forced in the deciding run in the Rockies` third straight loss -- 3-2 to the Giants at AT&T Park on Tuesday night.
